Full-screen meeting reminders, compared

A notification slides by while you're focused. A full-screen reminder covers your whole display just before a call, so you can't miss it. These are the Mac apps that do that, side by side. We make MeetingWarning, so read this as our view, with prices and features taken from each app's own website.

Looking for an In Your Face alternative?

In Your Face is the best-known full-screen meeting reminder and runs on more platforms than any other here. If you only need it on your Mac, MeetingWarning does the core job for a one-time $5.99: the screen takeover, a live countdown, Join with Return, snooze and rules for which meetings count. You don't need a subscription or an account.

What In Your Face has that MeetingWarning doesn't (yet): Windows, iPhone and Apple Watch apps, and a direct Microsoft sign-in. MeetingWarning reaches Microsoft 365 and Outlook calendars through the Mac's Calendar app instead.
