MeetingWarning is made by Raging Waters Tech Labs SL, a company registered in Spain ("we"). These terms cover the MeetingWarning app for Mac and this website.
The app
MeetingWarning is sold through the Mac App Store. Your use of the app is covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. If the two disagree, Apple's agreement applies.
What MeetingWarning does, and doesn't promise
MeetingWarning shows reminders based on the calendar data it can read. It depends on your calendars being up to date, your Mac being awake and on, and Google or the Calendar app being reachable. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise you'll never miss a meeting, and we aren't liable for missed meetings or what follows from them. The app is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows.
Your Google and calendar accounts
You connect your own accounts and can disconnect them at any time. Your use of those services stays subject to their own terms. How we handle calendar data is described in the privacy policy.
Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
This website
You may link to and share this website. Product names, logos and screenshots of MeetingWarning belong to Raging Waters Tech Labs SL.
Changes and law
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer where you live.
